Bio

Garrett Donnelly was born and raised in Atlanta; he is an alumnus of Marist High School and the University of Georgia. While at UGA, he participated in the Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (ROTC) program and upon graduation was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in the United States Air Force. After ten years of service, he separated from the military to pursue his passion of becoming an advisor.

 

He began his financial career with Fidelity Investments in Jacksonville (FL) and attained his Series 7 and 63 licenses while working as a broker services representative. After deciding to move back to Atlanta to be closer to family, he accepted a position with Merrill Lynch. While at Merrill, he attained his Series 65 license as well as his insurance licenses and built a successful book of business along the way. He was then offered a wealth management advisory position with Morgan Stanley and after years of working for two major investment banks, he decided to start his own independent financial advisory firm. 

 

Currently, he is pursuing the CFP and CRPC professional designations while continuing to focus on the financial needs and goals of his clients.
